Major Sponsors with hanging tarpaulins must have their 1 meter x 3 meter OR 3 feet x 9 feet tarpaulins delivered to the SMX Convention Center on SEPTEMBER 9, 2009 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM ONLY.

Ingress
September 10 — 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
You may arrive earlier if you need to fabricate or construct your booth. However, this may only be done outside the Convention Center. Otherwise, you may just arrive 1:00 PM onwards for simple assembly of materials and collaterals. Ingress ends promptly by 8:00 PM.
Things to bring:
- GATE PASSES – Print at least two (2) copies
- EXHIBITOR IDs or COMPANY IDs (no ID, no entry)
Booth Space
Exhibitors will be given standard SHELL booths. Kindly advise Ideal Events or Centrex should you need special instructions about your booth set-up. We strongly suggest you be very creative with your booth design to attract potential customers and business partners. Food concessionaires will be given the raw space for their food carts.
Vehicle Access
Loading and unloading of materials is only allowed via the Delivery Bay Area at the back of the convention center. There is no need to present a carpass to be able to access the Delivery Bay Area.
If you need to park your vehicle for a longer period of time, you may use the Basement Parking area or the open parking areas at the perimeter of the Convention Center at your own cost. Parking rates apply. Organizers shall not shoulder parking fees for exhibitors and sponsors.
Gate Passes and Security
Gate Passes should be accomplished in two copies: Copy 1 – Organizers/ Security Guard. Copy 2 - Exhibitor’s copy. Please declare EVERYTHING that you need to bring in. Indicate the items that need to be replenished anytime during the event (between 8am-8pm) as these will also be inspected by the security personnel.
While SMX and the organizers will be employing security personnel during the event, we strongly advise you to be responsible for your own belongings. Please label stocks and equipment properly to prevent/deter untoward incidences.
Loading and Unloading of Materials
Delivery is strictly thru the delivery bay area at the back of the SMX building (facing Manila Bay). No delivery shall be allowed using the main entrance at the pre-function lobby.
Re-stocking of consummables
Bringing in of materials and stocks into the convention hall during event hours (between 8am-8pm) on Sept 11 can be done provided that the materials are hand carried with delivery receipt. Please use the back entrance delivery bay area for all re-stocking deliveries. You will not be allowed to bring in stocks through the main entrances.
IDs and access to venue
Upon arrival, please have your gate passes signed by the Ideal Events representative prior to bringing in your materials/supplies. The representative will issue your group three (3) Event IDs. Company IDs will also be honored provided that the company name is included in the list of participating companies.
Flyering
Distribution of flyers can only be done within the Venue (hall 1 and 2) by exhibitor official representatives wearing Event IDs. It is also the responsibility of the exhibitor staff to maintain cleanliness in their area and remind attendees not to litter.
Egress
September 11 — 8:00 PM onwards
Please be informed that egress will only be allowed after the program has ended. Have your egress gate passes signed by the Ideal Events group.
