Marriot Grand Ballroom—The Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship Foundation Inc., Go Negosyo won the prestigious award for Outstanding Achievement in Advocacy Marketing at the 36th Agora Awards last November 11.

Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion accepted the award and thanked Agora for recognizing the efforts of Go Negosyo in alleviating poverty through entrepreneurship.

Among the other winners of the annual event are: Arthur Tan of Integrated Microelectronics Inc. (Outstanding Achievement in Export Marketing), Raul Falcon, country manager of Procter and Gamble Manufacturing (Outstanding Achievement in Overseas Marketing), Dr. Maynoll Montalbo of Mont Albo Wellness Corp. (Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship-small scale), Catherine Salimbangon of Organique Inc. (Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship-medium scale), William Tiu-Lim of Mega Global Corp. (Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship-large scale), Carl Mark Miniano, Ph.D, Dean of Adamson University’s College of Business Administration (Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Education), David Guerrero of BBDO Guerrero Inc. (Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Communications), Benjie Yap of Unilever Philippines (Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management) and ABS-CBN corporation which was represented by Carlo Katigbak (Marketing Company of the Year).

The Agora Awards is regarded as the standard-bearer for marketing excellence in the Philippines.
